PingProperties welcomes Body Lookz to Carnisse Veste shopping centre in Barendrecht

PingProperties has concluded a long-term lease with Body Lookz for a unit in Carnisse Veste shopping centre in Barendrecht. Body Lookz is leasing 190 m² LFA on the first floor at Van Beuningenhaven 14A. It occupies the former premises of Big Sun Barendrecht above the bicycle shop at Havenhoofd.
About Body Lookz
Body Lookz Beauty Center and Tanning Salon specializes in laser hair removal, body contouring, beauty treatments, permanent make-up, nail styling, eyelash styling, foot care, skin rejuvenation and treatments for skin problems. It offers a wide range of treatments using the very best equipment available.
Body Lookz in Carnisse Veste shopping centre is the third branch to open since the business began in 2014. The two other branches are in Hendrik Ido Ambacht and Zwijndrecht.
Carnisse Veste Daily Convenience Centre
The complex (approx. 15,300 m² of retail space) consists of 50 units on two floors and is easily reached by public transport and car. All units are supplied from two large delivery lanes accessed from Portlandse Baan. Parking facilities with 495 free parking spaces are on the ground floor of the building. Lessees focus mainly on food and day-to-day non-food necessities. Carnisse Veste is visited by no fewer than 3.9 million people each year.

PingProperties lets vacant units in the Koploper in Amersfoort
In February PingProperties renewed and added extra office space to long-term leases with three tenants in the Koploper building, located at Stationsplein 89 in Amersfoort. The tenants are Stichting Toegepast Onderzoek Waterbeheer (STOWA), Alzheimer Nederland and Trans Link Systems.

PingProperties has successfully sold the branch of BOB Autowas Rotterdam IJsselmonde, part of its light industrial portfolio. This strategically placed site is located on the Cornelisland business park in Ridderkerk, right next to the intersection of the A15 and A16 which makes it extremely accessible and highly visible.
