Roel van Grinsven moving to PingProperties

On 1 May, Roel van Grinsven EMFC RC will be taking up his appointment as CFO of PingProperties and the holding activities.
In recent years Roel worked as Finance Director for LeasePlan Nederland, where he was a member of the Finance MT and had final responsibility for LeasePlan Nederland’s overall pricing strategy. He also had final responsibility for asset risk management and the data team and implemented the data strategy for Business Intelligence, Data Science and Analytics. Lastly, Roel was a member and chairman of various Risk and Pricing committees.
Roel brings specialist knowledge in the areas of Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, Treasury, Risk Management, Asset Management, Business Intelligence, M&A, Due Diligence Reviews and Team Development, and so PingProperties is delighted to welcome him as a new colleague.

PingProperties signs long-term lease with Batenburg JB Systems for S-DOCK in Schiedam
PingProperties recently signed a 10-year lease with Batenburg JB Systems for office space of approx. 1,254 m2 and 28 parking spaces in its office building known as S-DOCK in Schiedam. Following the renovation in mid-2025 Batenburg JB Systems will occupy the entire 11th and 12th floors.

PingProperties completes 1st construction phase of Stadshart Daily Plaza in Zoetermeer!
The covered shopping arcade of Stadshart Zoetermeer has undergone a total metamorphosis! Around 13,000 m² has been redeveloped as the daily convenience centre named ‘Stadshart Daily Plaza’.
