Stichting Radar leases in Maasdomein in Maastricht

Per 1 October 2012 PingProperties Office fund II has concluded a lease agreement with new tenant Stichting Radar for 1,818 sq.m. office space and 65 parking places in building Maasdomein, located at the Randwycksingel 35 in Maastricht. The building comprises a total of 6,710 sq.m. of which 2,400 sq.m. is still available for letting.
Stichting Radar has chosen for the Maasdomein due to its high visibility location and excellent parking ratio. In addition, Stichting Radar will feature a reception and a catering facility in the building. This will give the living conditions in Randwyck business park a huge boost.
The characteristic office building is centrally located in Randwyck business park and consists of two office towers, interlinked by a large entrance with a beautiful entrance hall. The area is characterized by a unique combination of luxury homes, governments, businesses and institutions that deliver high quality products and/or services and are active in a broad range of sectors.
Stichting Radar provides support to children and adults with disabilities in the areas of housing, day care, work, leisure, short-term care and support at home.
