The Van Bylandt Huis is a monumental office building with a powerful and stately appearance which is located in a multifunctional area in a prime location in The Hague: at the Benoordenhoutseweg at the corner of the N44, the A12 and close to the central station. The building consists of 7,500 sqm and is immediately available.
The Van Bylandt Huis is recently restyled thoroughly and is now ready for letting. Partly due to this impressive restyling, PingProperties has a number of serious potential new tenants.
Office floors
To give potential tenants a good and realistic picture of the layout options of the Van Bylandt Huis, the ground floor and the first floor are set back to a shell form without partitions. Because of this, a lot of daylight shines through the building, which gives a wonderful optical appeal. An open structure is emerged that expresses the “new way of working”. Entrance
The entrance of the Van Bylandt Huis is completely restyled with sustainable techniques into a modern entry. Interior architect ILA has made the design and was inspired by the original interior from the 30s. Characteristic of the new entrance is the traditional reception desk with bronze color.
Show office
On the ground floor a showroom is realized to let prospective tenants see, feel and experience the potential of the building. Partly due to the use of glass walls with minimal steel sections, the showroom is a modern interpretation of the 30s office environment that meets the demands of the current time. In the showroom an exhibition space is created with several impressive artist impressions of the new Van Bylandt Huis interior.

PingProperties sells America Tower office building in Oosterhout
PingProperties has sold the America Tower at Wilhelminakanaal Zuid 110 in Oosterhout to Stichting Juridisch Eigenaar Benkey Vastgoed. This transaction completes PingProperties’ successful value-add strategy for the property. The office building has been made more sustainable, is more than 80% let and has therefore been positioned as a future-proof investment.

PingProperties invests further in sustainability improvements at DTC Zoetermeer
PingProperties has taken a further step in upgrading Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer and improving its sustainability. Extensive work has been carried out in around 18,000 m² of commercial space accommodating organizations such as Reconext, TNO and Joulz, to further reduce energy consumption, improve the indoor climate and prepare the buildings better for climate change.
