White Estate Investments verkoopt pand aan Lange Voorhout

Op 26 maart jl. heeft White Estate Investments namens het NIBC White Estate Investments OGON fund (NWOF) een kantoorgebouw in Den Haag verkocht aan Janivo, een particuliere investeringsmaatschappij.
Het betreft het statige kantoorpand aan het Lange Voorhout 9 – 11 te Den Haag met een verhuurbare vloeroppervlakte van circa 4.584 m2 en zo’n 44 parkeerplaatsen. Het kantoorgebouw is langjarig verhuurd aan onder andere het CAOP. Namens Janivo traden Cushman & Wakefield en EDR Vastgoed op als adviseurs in deze verkooptransactie.
NWOF is een gezamenlijk initiatief van White Estate Investments en NIBC. Het kantorenfonds heeft een opportunistisch karakter. Het investment en asset management van dit fonds is in handen van White Estate Investments. De verkoop past binnen de voorgenomen strategie tot herschikking van de portefeuille. In dit kader is eind 2007 tevens het kantoorgebouw aan de Canisiussingel 19 d-g te Nijmegen verkocht.
