White Estate Investments changes name to PingProperties
09-12-2008
As from 1 January 2009 the investment management organization White Estate Investments (WEI) will be continuing business under the name ‘PingProperties’. This name change follows WEI’s decision to start up an investment management organization one year ago.
The setup of our investment management organization has proved to be a great success, one particularly noteworthy transaction being the acquisition of Corio kantoren B.V., with an investment volume of approx. 700 million euros. In order to add an extra impetus to its profile as an ‘independent’ investment management organization, it will be continuing its business activities in the new year under a new, independent name.
PingProperties will have offices at two locations in Amsterdam. The Investment and Fund management activities, together with the executive departments, will be accommodated in the Atrium. The Asset Management team will be working from the Australië building at Atlas ArenA Amsterdam. The organization now employs 35 staff and has assets worth approx. 1.2 billion under its management.
The name WEI will continue to exist, but will focus exclusively on investment in commercial real estate, and consequently be one of PingProperties’ potential strategic investment partners.
