White Estate verkoopt kantoorgebouw Den Bosch

Op 2 april jl. heeft White Lane Investements XIII, waarvan het asset management wordt gevoerd door White Estate Investments, het kantoorgebouw aan De Waterman 2 te ‘s-Hertogenbosch verkocht aan een particuliere investeerder. Het verkoopbedrag bedroeg circa 5,75 miljoen euro.
Het object betreft een vrijstaande L-vormig kantoorgebouw, deels in drie lagen en deels in vier bouwlagen met een totale verhuurbare vloeroppervlakte van 3.129 m² en 118 parkeerplaatsen. Het gebouw ligt op bedrijventerrein De Brand, op een zichtlokatie vanaf de A-2. Op de Brand zijn toonaangevende bedrijven als TNP en Wurth gevestigd. Voorts bestaat de omgeving voornamelijk uit middelgrote en grote bedrijfscomplexen en ligt parallel aan de autosnelweg A2. Het kantoorgebouw is verhuurd aan Getronics.
In deze verkooptransactie trad DTZ Den Bosch op als adviseur van de verkoper. Het transport vond plaats via De Hair Vrijdag Maris Notarissen. White Lane Investments XIII had het gebouw in eigendom sinds 2005.
