Lease extension Cocencus in Pluspoint I Hoofddorp

Ping Properties Office Fund II has extended the current lease agreement with Cocensus for a long term in building Pluspoint I, located at the Jupiterstraat 120-166 in Hoofddorp. Cocensus leases 2,400 sqm office space and 60 parking places.
Cocensus extends the existing agreement due to the excellent location, pleasant working environment and good relationship with the landlord.
Office complex Pluspoint comprises a total of approximately 12,000 sqm and is situated at an excellent location along the Kruisweg in Hoofddorp at office park Beukenhorst West. Part of the complex is the hotel Holiday Inn Express, which provides plenty of activity. In the immediate vicinity are Crown Plaza Hotel, company restaurant Lunch@Work, restaurant L‘Hirondelle and shopping center Hoofddorp.
Cocensus is a regime (GR) of the municipalities Haarlem, Haarlemmermeer Hillegom and Beverwijk, Oostzaan and Wormerland.

PingProperties and Lithos sign LOI with Stedelink for sale of residential tower block development in in Stadshart Zoetermeer
Today the Provada was the backdrop to the signing of a letter of intent by Lithos and PingProperties with Stedelink housing association. The letter of intent is for the sale of the new residential tower block development on Duitslandlaan in Zoetermeer city centre. Stedelink will develop the tower block by means of separate purchase and construction agreements. The building marks an important step in the transformation of the heart of Zoetermeer into a lively and future-proof city centre.
