PingProperties has agreed a long-term lease renewal with Action at Stadshart Zoetermeer. Action occupies 1,164 sqm of retail space located on the outer retail strip of Stadshart Oost. With this agreement, Action’s position as a long-standing anchor tenant within Stadshart Zoetermeer has been secured for the years ahead.

Action has been established at Stadshart Zoetermeer for almost 19 years and is an important footfall driver for the scheme. The store attracts a broad range of visitors on a daily basis with its surprising and affordable product offering.
