PingProperties has reached agreement with Willis Towers Watson on a long-term lease extension for the building at Prof. E.M. Meijerslaan 5 in Amstelveen, in which Willis Towers Watson has its head office. The total lettable floor area is approx. 4,000 sqm with 90 parking spaces, and the entire building is let to Willis Towers Watson. The good relationship with the lessee has made it possible to improve the sustainability of the building to achieve energy label A. Ten charging points for electric vehicles will also be installed this year.
The building
The head office of Willis Towers Watson is a high-quality and sustainable building situated in the Kronenburg office park in Amstelveen. The building was built in 2001 for Towers Perrin.
