PingProperties extends lease with Willis Towers Watson

PingProperties has reached agreement with Willis Towers Watson on a long-term lease extension for the building at Prof. E.M. Meijerslaan 5 in Amstelveen, in which Willis Towers Watson has its head office. The total lettable floor area is approx. 4,000 sqm with 90 parking spaces, and the entire building is let to Willis Towers Watson. The good relationship with the lessee has made it possible to improve the sustainability of the building to achieve energy label A. Ten charging points for electric vehicles will also be installed this year.
The building
The head office of Willis Towers Watson is a high-quality and sustainable building situated in the Kronenburg office park in Amstelveen. The building was built in 2001 for Towers Perrin. In 2008, PingProperties acquired the ownership of this building. When Towers Perrin merged with Watson Wyatt in 2011, it was decided to carry out a large-scale renovation of the building and put it into use as the company’s new head office.

PingProperties and Lithos sign LOI with Stedelink for sale of residential tower block development in in Stadshart Zoetermeer
Today the Provada was the backdrop to the signing of a letter of intent by Lithos and PingProperties with Stedelink housing association. The letter of intent is for the sale of the new residential tower block development on Duitslandlaan in Zoetermeer city centre. Stedelink will develop the tower block by means of separate purchase and construction agreements. The building marks an important step in the transformation of the heart of Zoetermeer into a lively and future-proof city centre.

PingProperties acquires Metropool complex in Amsterdam city centre
On behalf of the PingProperties Trophy Fund II, PingProperties has acquired the Metropool complex in the centre of Amsterdam from Aberdeen Investments. The multifunctional building, with a lettable floor area of around 14,500 m², offers a mix of office, hotel and retail space.

PingProperties signs long-term lease with KH Engineering and Smart AIS for S-DOCK in Schiedam
PingProperties has concluded another new lease for its S-DOCK office building in Schiedam: KH Engineering B.V. and Smart Asset Integrity Solutions B.V., both part of the KH Group, have signed a long-term lease for around 2,289 m² of office space and 46 parking spaces.
