PingProperties Office fund II lets office space in various buildings

Recently PingProperties has established several leases totaling 1,546 sqm office space within the PingProperties Office fund II.
A lease agreement for 382 sqm is concluded with new tenant Eyescan for office space in the building located at the Koningin Wilhelminalaan 5 in Utrecht. Eyescan is a clinic for glasses replacement surgery.
In addition, we may welcome another new tenant. Randstad rents 330 sqm office space in Taurus, located at Rivium Quadrant 1 in Capelle a/d IJssel. For more than 52 years, Randstad has a leading role in the labor market.
In Sarphati Plaza, located at the Rhijnspoorplein in Amsterdam, engineering consultancy Movares extended the lease agreement for 395 sm office space.
With CCI-IT GROUP, we reached an extension for the existing lease agreement of 319 sqm office space in building the Bijster in Breda. CCI-IT Group is a strategic partner of over 40 member organizations such as trade associations and professional organizations.
Finally, tenant Plan B in building Beehkove, located at the Stadsring 185-197 in Amersfoort, extended the lease agreement for 120 sqm office space. Plan B is a consultancy agency in project and program management, change management and maintenance.

PingProperties has sold the Carnisse Veste shopping centre in Barendrecht to KGAL, an international asset manager with a strong focus on long-term sustainable investments.
