PingProperties leases Van Bylandt House to Government Buildings Agency

15-10-2010

With effect from 1 October 2010 PingProperties has leased the Van Bylandt House to the Government Buildings Agency, which has concluded the lease on behalf of a department of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Affairs. The lease is for approx. 3,400 sqm of office space and 20 parking spaces at Benoordenhoutseweg 46 in The Hague.

The Van Bylandt House consists of four storeys with a basement and was originally built in 1935. The building was completely renovated in 1999, while preserving the original details and also taking account of the building’s historic character and blending it harmoniously into its surroundings. With the addition of a basement car park and company restaurant, the building has now been fully modernized. Located near Utrechtse Baan with direct connections to Amsterdam via the A44 motorway and with The Hague Central Station within walking distance, the accessibility of the building is excellent.

The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Affairs stands for properly functioning public administration, a safe society and a government that citizens can trust. It is these principles that enable it to safeguard the core values of our democracy.

The property has been leased through the PingProperties Office fund I managed by PingProperties.
