PingProperties sells Brouwershof in Amersfoort to Newomij

On behalf of Tango Properties C.V., PingProperties has sold the Brouwershof office building to Nederlandsche Woningfinanciering-Maatschappij (Newomij) in Naarden.
Brouwershof has a lettable floor area of approx. 14,000 sqm and
over 250 parking spaces in the basement car park. It is a multi-tenant building, 70% of which is leased on a long lease by Akzo Nobel, 10% on a long lease by Veilig Verkeer Nederland and the remaining 20% by various other lessees. The building is readily accessible by public transport and by car.
Brouwershof is located immediately adjoining Amersfoort central station and the city centre. The building has been constructed based on modern sustainability requirements and has a TES system. The label is A.
There are still 11 office buildings in Tango Properties C.V. On behalf of a group of national and international investors, PingProperties signed the unconditional sales contract for these buildings with ING REOFN Property I at the end of June. The portfolio will be handed over by the end of 2010. Until then, PingProperties will be responsible for the asset management in conjunction with ING.

PingProperties signs long-term lease with Jan van Goyen Medical Center for De Lairesse office building in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid
PingProperties recently signed a 20-year lease with the Jan van Goyen Medical Center (100% subsidiary of the OLVG hospital) for the ‘De Lairesse’ building in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. Together with the Valerius building, De Lairesse forms a nationally listed building prominently located on the corner of the well-known De Lairessestraat and Valeriusplein in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid.
