PingProperties sells Drommedaris in Utrecht to Green Retail House
13-01-2010
PingProperties recently sold the ‘Drommedaris’ office building to Green Retail House. The building had been structured within PingProperties Office Fund II, but no longer fitted in with the fund’s strategy.
Over time the building will be redeveloped for various functions appropriate to the policy set out by the city of Utrecht for high-rise buildings. As PingProperties Office Fund II is not specifically targeted at redevelopment, it was decided to dispose of the building.
Situated at Europalaan 101 in Utrecht, the ‘Drommedaris’ enjoys a unique location directly along the A12 motorway and on the outskirts of the furniture boulevard. The building has a lettable surface of approx. 3,800 sqm as well as 33 parking spaces.
Current lessees of the office block include Vitae Groep B.V. and Content Beheer N.V.
