PingProperties extends and expands lease with major lessee at Dutch Tech Campus Zoetermeer

This business park was developed in the early 1990s. Following the formation of PingProperties Corporate Office Fund IX in 2015, in which this investment was placed, PingProperties started with the transformation of the park into the Dutch Tech Campus. Since then there has been considerable investment in facilities to improve the satisfaction of the existing lessees, and to attract new lessees. Thanks to these positive developments, one of the main lessees has decided to extend the lease and increase the amount of office and business space leased at this location to a total of 11,274 m², together with 77 parking spaces.
