PingProperties renews lease with Stryker in LUNA ArenA office building

On behalf of its Office Fund IV, PingProperties has reached agreement with Stryker Corporation to renew the lease in the LUNA ArenA office building at Herikerbergweg 120 in Amsterdam Zuidoost.

PingProperties Office Fund IV has the LUNA ArenA Amsterdam building, with a total floor area of approx. 15,600 m2, in its portfolio. Within walking distance are the Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam ArenA, AFAS Live, Pathé Cinema, Woonmall Villa Arena and many other amenities. Accessibility by public transport and car is also excellent. Stryker leases 6,246 m2. The other lessee in the building is TMF Group.
