PingProperties renews lease with BOB Autowas Rotterdam
30-07-2019
PingProperties has renewed its lease with BOB Autowas for the latter’s Rotterdam branch by 10 years. The lease covers a total of 474 square metres. Since 2004, BOB Autowas has leased business premises in two light industrial complexes owned by PingProperties and located in Rotterdam and Schiedam, which form part of the Retail Rijnmond fonds (Rijnmond Retail Fund). PingProperties and BOB Autowas maintain a comprehensive business relationship and are currently building a portfolio of properties together.
About BOB Autowas
In late 2004, BOB Autowas became the first carwash in the Netherlands to offer an interior cleaning facility, which turned into a massive success. The company currently operates 17 branches across the Netherlands, along with two international ones.
About Retail Rijmond fonds
The Retail Rijnmond fonds (Rijnmond Retail Fund) comprises two light industrial complexes located on the outskirts of Rotterdam, directly adjacent to the A15 and A20 motorways. The car-wash facility’s location is strategic for last-mile delivery between the city centre and logistics supply routes, including Port of Rotterdam. Alongside BOB Autowas, Euromaster Bandenservice and Burger King are also tenants in these complexes. Both buildings are fully let, based on long-term leases.
