PingProperties extends leases in Rotterdam

PingProperties recently extended long-term leases with Euromaster and BOB Autowas for a premises at Driemanssteeweg 25 in Rotterdam-South.
The property is located directly along the A15 motorway and comprises approximately 5,500 sqm lettable floor area (1,000 sqm office space, approximately 4,000 sqm warehouse space and 500 sqm car wash) and parking places at the surrounding site. It concerns a lease from Retail Rijnmond BV.
Euromaster is the largest European network of tire companies and car maintenance in Europe. Euromaster serves retail customers, truck customers, leasing customers, agricultural and industrial customers and is present in 16 European countries with 2,070 locations. With more than 13 million tires sold yearly to more than 5 million customers in the private and business market, Euromaster is the European market leader in its industry.
BOB Autowas is a well-known car wash with several locations where the most modern washing techniques are associated with old-fashioned service. The combination of a tire center with a car wash is a very good one and an added value for these tenants in order to settle in this location.

PingProperties sells America Tower office building in Oosterhout

This transaction completes PingProperties’ successful value-add strategy for the property. The office building has been made more sustainable, is more than 80% let and has therefore been positioned as a future-proof investment.

PingProperties invests further in sustainability improvements at DTC Zoetermeer
PingProperties has taken a further step in upgrading Dutch Tech Campus in Zoetermeer and improving its sustainability. Extensive work has been carried out in around 18,000 m² of commercial space accommodating organizations such as Reconext, TNO and Joulz, to further reduce energy consumption, improve the indoor climate and prepare the buildings better for climate change.
