On 1 January 2016 PingProperties Office Fund III concluded a new lease for a total of 254 m² of office space on the fourth floor of the ‘La Fortezza’ office complex in Maastricht, as well as four parking spaces in the basement car park below the complex.
PingProperties has concluded this lease with YoungCapital B.V, a temporary employment agency formed in 2000, for a period of five years. This means that all the office space in the North Block of La Fortezza, known locally as Avenue Ceramique, is now let.
La Fortezza, a prestigious and modern office building, was designed by the Swiss architect Mario Botta and built in 1999. The building, with its imposing appearance, is located in the heart of the Ceramique office district on the east side of the River Maas in Maastricht.
